The show features three tracks from a classic album in hour one, gig guide and Thrashes Smashes and Hits (a rock song which was a crossover hit in the pop charts or a classic or just a great thrash), the occasional interview with rock musicians, in hour two and hour three has a couple of new releases and back to back ballads (2 rock ballads back to back). Requests and interaction welcomed throughout the show.
