Rock up and Ride returns Tuesday 4th August, at Burgess Hill BMX track.A Coach from Gosport BMX will be available to offer coaching to children of all ages, whether they are new to the track or want some help to progress their skills, coach Niki will be on hand! Coaching will be available at 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm and 3pm, each session will last 45 minutes, but spaces must be booked in advance. Those not wishing to be coached, can drop along between 10.30am-4pm and enjoy the use of the track (between the coaching sessions) alongside music offered by DJ Matt! As well as this, get busy creating some graffiti style art with Jay’s Paint Shop, 11am-3pm. Sheddingdean Baptist Church will be attending with crafts for the little ones 11am-2pm, and Burgess Hill Football Club will be open to purchase hot drinks and cakes.
