If you are unable to spend Christmas Day with your friends and family, then this could be for you.Join for a warm, festive meal bringing together the community. Everyone is welcome to enjoy food, friendship, and Christmas cheer. The Wivelsfield Community Christmas Lunch is organised by local volunteers and made possible by the generosity of our sponsors and donors. It’s a chance to celebrate together, share a meal, and spread joy on Christmas Day. You don’t have to live in Wivelsfield, you can come on your own or bring your partner or a friend. * When and where is it happening? This Christmas Day at 12:30 at Wivelsfield Village Hall, Eastern Road RH17 7QH * Who can attend? This lunch is for people who would otherwise be spending Christmas alone or just need to be away from their normal circumstances * How much does it cost? The event is free, it has been paid for by lovely volunteers, sponsors and donors * I have special dietary needs, can I come too? We’ll do our best to look after everybody, let us know when booking * How do I get there, I don’t drive? Where possible we will try and provide transport, however this is completely dependent on volunteer availability. It’s unlikely that we will be able to provide large or specially modified vehicles. The village hall has ample parking and is well served by local taxi companies * Do I need to book? Yes!
